The product prepares. You decide and send.

These terms cover the private Application Desk test. Do not use the product if you cannot review the information it prepares before acting on it.

Your account

Use accurate account information and protect access to your Google account and Application Desk workspace. You are responsible for activity taken through your account.

What the product does

Application Desk can organize candidate facts, evaluate roles, read visible form fields, prepare drafts and files, track outreach, and propose recruiting events from connected email. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong and require review.

What stays with you

You decide whether a role fits, whether a statement is true, how to answer legal and demographic questions, whether to contact someone, and whether to submit an application. The product does not make those decisions or take those final actions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the product to impersonate another person, make false claims, bypass an employer’s controls, scrape data you are not allowed to access, send spam, or interfere with another service. Follow the terms of the job sites and communication channels you use.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information and documents you add. You give the service permission to process them only to operate the product for your workspace.

Availability

The private test may change, stop, or lose access to a third-party integration. Export important records and keep copies of documents you need. The service is provided without a promise that it will produce interviews, offers, or any other employment result.

Ending use

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace. Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, or conduct that could harm another user or service.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
